Anticipated Start Date: Tentative start Date 07/28/2025

Expected Duration: 24+ Months with possibilities for extension
Job Type: Contract: 20 hrs/week
Pay Range: $20 to $26/hr on W2Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Job Description:Current Part time position at 20hrs a week. Tech will have to travel to Plainfield Indiana for a minimum 2-week training course with current HP GE technicians.
Current personnel qualifications and skills to perform the Services: A+ certified
3-5 years' experience self-time management
Basic HP workstation knowledge needed and Advanced computer troubleshooting knowledge
Current Task required:
1. Onsite break/fix of HP Equipment
2. Log service calls
3. Troubleshoot units (Diagnostic Testing)
4. Order appropriate parts
5. Repair systems
6. Run Diagnostics to confirm repair
7. Repairs will need to meet GEHC custom configuration requirements
8. Load appropriate O/S and applications
9. Return good/defective parts
10. Record and maintain all repair details
11. Update spreadsheets
12. Weekly repair/status update meeting with account team and customer
13. Perform onsite conversion projects
14. Perform quality screenings of material from HP manufacturing as required
15. Maintain trusted relationship with GEHC
16. Pass all potential sales leads to the account team
