Job Type: Contract and Remote

Pay Range: $65 - $70/hr. on w2

Job Description:

As the Lead/Senior Configurator, you will be the cornerstone of our WMS configuration team, utilizing your in-depth knowledge of the product to lead and execute complex configuration projects. You will work closely with clients, project managers, and technical teams to ensure our WMS solutions are tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients. Your expertise will not only guide the configuration process but also mentor and lead junior team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Expertise: Possess an in-depth understanding of our WMS product, including its features, capabilities, and customization options.
• Configuration Leadership: Lead the configuration of WMS solutions for various clients, ensuring alignment with their operational requirements and business goals.
• Team Leadership: Mentor, train, and provide guidance to junior configurators, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
• Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to gather requirements, understand their warehouse processes, and translate them into effective WMS configurations.
• Project Management: Coordinate with project managers to plan, execute, and deliver configuration projects on time and within budget.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all configurations meet the highest standards of quality and functionality, conducting thorough testing and validation.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of configuration processes, client requirements, and system changes.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in WMS technology and supply chain management, recommending improvements and optimizations.

  Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in configuring and implementing Warehouse Management Software, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in WMS software configuration, with a strong understanding of warehouse processes, supply chain operations, and system integrations.
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Client-Focused: Strong ability to interact with clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions that drive business value.
• Project Management: Experience in managing configuration projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
