BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated IT Application Support

for an opportunity at Eagan, MN-Location!

Position Title: IT Application Support

Location: Eagan, MN

Anticipated Start Date: 02/10/2025

Expected Duration: 6+ Months

Job Type: Full Time (>%3D40 HRS WEEKLY) - CONTRACT - Remote

Pay Range: $45/hr - $55/hr

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Key responsibilities:
Application Support: Provide technical support for clinical applications, resolving issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal functionality.

• System Implementation: Manage the implementation of new applications or updates, coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
• Project Management: Lead small-scale projects independently, ensuring timely and effective delivery of solutions.
• Collaboration: Work with technical architects to design integrated IT solutions that align with organizational strategies and technology roadmaps.
• Industry Standards Monitoring: Stay up to date on industry trends and technologies to identify opportunities for improved IT solutions.
• Cloud Integration: Support potential migrations of applications to the organization's cloud environment, if required.
• Vendor Coordination: Evaluate and select vendor solutions, ensuring compatibility with existing systems and strategic alignment.
• Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain system documentation, conduct employee training, and mentor team members.
• Enterprise Architecture: Analyze and design data flows, ensuring compliance with core business processes and industry standards.

Preferred Skills & Knowledge

• Experience with or certification in one or more of the following applications:
• Neuroworks
• Sleepworks
• Obix
• Zeiss
• Heidelberg
• LeanTaas
• Kahuna
• Familiarity with Google Cloud (preferred but not required).
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT architecture and data flow design.

Requirements

• Education:
• Master's Degree with 6+ years of experience OR Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of experience in relevant fields such as operations analysis, information systems implementation, system architecture, and systems analysis.
• Experience:
• Proven experience in technical application support and system implementation.
• Ability to manage small-scale projects independently (PMP certification not required).
• Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and clinical workflows.
• Skills:
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to foster partnerships across clinical and technical teams.
• Capacity to translate business strategies into actionable IT solutions.
