Job Description

We are seeking a .Net Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across the software development lifecycle, modern engineering practices, and cloud development, with a proven ability to drive delivery quality and mentor engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a firm-wide engineering resource contributing to large-scale, multi-platform initiatives.
• Apply expertise across the full software development lifecycle and associated toolchains.
• Lead and cultivate Agile teams, promote Agile frameworks, and coach on engineering best practices.
• Implement and advocate for Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, resiliency, and security by design.
• Design and develop cloud-native solutions and guide platform adoption across environments.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and trends and influence their pragmatic application to business problems.
• Provide technical mentorship and coaching for at least one key engineering discipline.
• Success is being able to analyze existing code and data to improve the process and modernize the code.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Expertise in at least one technology and design technique applied to large-scale programs across multiple operating systems and infrastructures.
• Engineer will work closely on agile feature teams projects related to .NET, MS SQL Server, C# to analyze and develop solutions for modernization SQL Jobs and stored procedures to more modern design and tool sets.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and TDD.
• Experience with cloud development and resilient, secure architectures.
• Strong coaching, communication, and collaboration abilities within Agile teams.
• Track record of influencing engineering standards and practices across teams or programs.

Preferred Skills:

• Public speaking, technical writing, or community leadership demonstrating thought leadership.
• Experience operating as a cross-functional expert engineer within large enterprises.
