BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Quality Auditor Associate for an opportunity in San Antonio, Texas.

Position Title: Quality Auditor Associate

Location: San Antonio, Texas

Anticipated Start Date: March 17th, 2025

Expected Duration: 12+ months (with possibility of extension)

Job Type: Contract, 40 HRS WEEKLY, Hybrid

• The Quality Auditor will be responsible for prioritizing, reviewing, and delivering First Article Inspections (FAIs) for sustaining parts and development projects.

  Responsibilities:

• Responsible for prioritizing, reviewing, and delivering First Article Inspections (FAIs) for customer requirements verifications for sustaining parts and development projects.
• Perform process quality document assessments for verification of First Article Inspection assessments per SAE AS9102 for verification of customer requirements.
• Candidates will be required to successfully demonstrate the ability to conduct thorough and timely FAI reviews to closure and provide performance metrics to support necessary process improvements.
• Experience in critical thinking, and problem solving.
• Ability to work with multiple personnel under minimal supervision.
• Completes or exceeds daily goals.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

  Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-2 Years Manufacturing Experience or 2-year College experience.
• 1 Year Advanced Microsoft Excel Graphs and VLOOKUP.
• Automation experience.
• Self-motivated, high energy with strong decision-making skills.
• Highly effective team player with solid communication skills.

  Bonus Points If You Have:

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field.
• Blueprint Reading.
• Experience understanding, reviewing, and interpreting inspections.
• Process Outsourcing experience.
• Microsoft Access experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel experience with graphs and V-Lookup.
• Programming/Coding Skills.
