Job Description

We are seeking an Internal Cloud Hyperconverged Infrastructure Test and Certification Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in automation, performance, and security testing of enterprise infrastructure and a proven ability to validate and certify platform components for production readiness.

Responsibilities:

• Validate and certify internal cloud platform infrastructure prior to production availability.
• Define and enforce quality gates to protect production stability and reduce delivery risk.
• Own infrastructure testing frameworks, certification criteria, and sign-off processes.
• Develop automated test suites covering functional, performance, and resiliency scenarios.
• Execute performance and failure-scenario testing to verify production readiness.
• Validate security and configuration compliance for platform components.
• Support certification reviews for platforms consumed by multiple downstream teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of experience testing, validating, or certifying enterprise infrastructure or platform components.
• Primary skill: Automation testing for infrastructure platforms.
• Secondary skill: Performance testing, including resiliency and failure scenarios.
• Tertiary skill: Security testing and configuration compliance validation.
• Strong hands-on Linux experience, infrastructure troubleshooting, and environment validation.
• Familiarity with virtualized or cloud infrastructure across compute, storage, and networking.
• Working knowledge of infrastructure change and release processes in regulated or production-critical environments.

Preferred Skills:

• 5-7+ years supporting infrastructure or cloud platform certification at enterprise scale.
• Experience validating virtualized or hyperconverged infrastructure for internal cloud or shared platforms.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks or pipeline-integrated validation approaches.
• Relevant certifications such as ISTQB, VMware, or equivalent.
• Experience in certification or readiness reviews for multi-tenant platforms.
