BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Marketing Automation Product Manager.

Position Title: Marketing Automation Product Manager

Location: REMOTE

• Product Management (requirements gathering, stakeholder communications)
• CDP (Customer Data Platform) and audience targeting

Marketing Automation team is looking for a Product Manager with a solid 2-4 years of PM experience with requirements gathering, writing stories and managing stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Marketing stakeholders to gather requirements, translated business requirements into technology solutions.
• Manage stakeholder communications on deliverable timelines.
• Work closely with engineering and project managers to ensure delivery.
• Handle day-to-day operations with engineering team. Prioritize and manage backlog.
• May require assisting with user management (create/deactivate users, troubleshoot user access issues, etc.) in teams CRM.

Qualifications:

• Marketing experience highly desirable. Any experience with a CDP (Customer Data Platform) and audience targeting - experience will be ideal also.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is required (ideally someone with a System Admin certification) and desirable to have - Marketing Cloud (Engagement/ExactTarget) and/or Data Cloud.
• Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's Degree
• Excellent team player; able to work with virtual and global cross functional teams.
