BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Event Manager for an opportunity in CA or NY!

Position Title: Event Manager

Location: Onsite - BURLINGME (Bay Area) office OR NYC (50 Hudson Yards)

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 12+ Months

Job Type: Contract - [FULL TIME (40 Hours a week)]

Pay Range: $50/hr. to $60/hr.

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Requirements:

Top 3 must-have HARD skills:

Production of large scale, complex events

Program/ project management (bias for operations and highly organized)

VR + AI Experience

Used to directly engaging with stakeholders is ideal

They have an understanding or fluency of creative (understand how the flow of creative works)

Good to have skills:

Hands on experience with Wearables

Global experience

Relatively tech savvy is a super nice to have, level 1 troubleshooting

Someone that has been in-house is ideal. Fortune 500 companies.
