BCForward is currently seeking a highly motivated Performance Manhattan WM Application Support / Integration Engineer for an Onsite opportunity in Chicago, IL

Role: Manhattan WM Application Support / Integration Engineer

Duration: 1 Year

Locations: Chicago, IL

Anticipated Start Date: 02/09/2026

Job Type: Contract - Onsite

We are looking for a hands-on Manhattan WM Active professional who can support and integrate warehouse management systems with other enterprise applications. The role involves API testing, system integrations, and production support.

Key Skills:

• Work on Manhattan WM Active configuration, support, and enhancements
• Test and validate APIs using Postman and JSON
• Support integrations between Manhattan WM and other systems (ERP, OMS, TMS, etc.)
• Handle incidents and service requests using ServiceNow
• Troubleshoot and resolve WMS-related issues
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to support warehouse operations
