Sr Information security AnalystBCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Sr Information Security Analystfor an opportunity at Eagan,MN-Location!Position Title: Sr Information Security AnalystLocation: Eagan,MNAnticipated Start Date: 06/25/2025Please note this is the target date and it is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.Expected Duration: 6+ monthsJob Type: Full Time (>%3D40 HRS WEEKLY) - CONTRACT - RemotePay Range: $55/hr to $65/hr Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).Key responsibilities:Consult on the design and development of the Identity Data Fabric.
Define reporting outcomes to reflect current risk posture and improve IAM-related decisions.
Ensure availability and integration of IAM data for operational metrics and strategic reporting.
Work with relational databases to extract and analyze data to inform IAM efforts.
Generate insights from tools such as CyberArk and SailPoint; support integration of additional tools.
Assist in developing and implementing IAM governance and cybersecurity policies.
Support compliance monitoring and analyze trends in role-based access controls.
Required Skills & Experience:
Deep knowledge of IAM concepts and best practices.
Define reporting outcomes to reflect current risk posture and improve IAM-related decisions.
Ensure availability and integration of IAM data for operational metrics and strategic reporting.
Work with relational databases to extract and analyze data to inform IAM efforts.
Generate insights from tools such as CyberArk and SailPoint; support integration of additional tools.
Assist in developing and implementing IAM governance and cybersecurity policies.
Support compliance monitoring and analyze trends in role-based access controls.
Required Skills & Experience:
Deep knowledge of IAM concepts and best practices.
- Technical hands-on experience with tools like SailPoint, CyberArk, etc.
- Solid understanding of Active Directory, SSO, MFA, and PAM technologies.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT, SOC 2).
- Ability to develop, implement, and maintain IAM policies and procedures.
- Understanding of data governance principles and practices.
- Skilled in identifying and prioritizing IAM risks and developing key risk indicators (KRIs).
- Proficient in IAM reporting and monitoring tools, as well as GRC platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
