Duration: 12 months Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated Analytical Lab Technician to join our Product Chemistry Laboratory Team. This role is ideal for candidates with a chemistry background who are looking to build or grow their experience in analytical testing and method development within a GLP-regulated environment. The role consists of approximately 70% hands-on laboratory work and 30% data analysis.Key Responsibilities:
Pay Rate: $19-$23/hour

- Conduct analytical studies to support the registration and production of active ingredients and formulated crop protection products.
- Ensure data integrity by adhering to GLP regulations, SOPs, best practices, and study protocols.
- Process, interpret, and troubleshoot analytical data to ensure high-quality output and adherence to study timelines.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory instrumentation and ensure cleanliness and organization of lab workspaces.
- Collaborate with Product Chemistry Subject Matter Experts and team members to efficiently perform experiments and communicate results.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
- Associate degree in Chemistry or related science (Bachelor's preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and documentation practices aligned with GLP standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or closely related discipline.
- Up to 2 years of hands-on experience with analytical chemistry techniques (e.g., HPLC, GC); recent graduates with relevant lab coursework are welcome to apply.
- Proven ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; collaborative team player.
- Demonstrated commitment to environmental health and safety practices.
