Pay Range: [$47.29] to [$50.34]

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

* BS/BA/BE degree or equivalent experience

* Proficient knowledge in the following key areas: Hardware Architecture (performance testing, monitoring, operations), Hardware Benchmarking (program management, network management), Design (compliance, security),

* Policy Agent features such as IPSec, AT-TLS, and QOS

* Network Engineering (planning, provision)

* Knowledge of one specific infrastructure technology and BA

Qualifications

* Provide stable and secure mainframe network engineering support

* Mainframe Network Product installations, customizations, and evaluations.

* Definition, Maintenance and Modification of existing z/Series Network Products

* Manage & Support Transmission Products - FTPs (SSL), sFTP (SSH), & Connect: Direct Secure (NDM)

* Manage & Support Session Manager applications - TPX, Supersession

* Develop Mainframe Network Toolkits with the help of NetMaster, NetView, Rexx & CLISTS

* Maintain Mainframe Network Components: TCP/IP including DVIPA & DDVIPA configurations, IPSEC, IPFILTER, Intrusion Detection Services (IDS), Enterprise Extender (EE), SNA, VTAM, APPN, OSA connectivity interface to the Core

* Provide logical connectivity between applications and mainframe subsystems

* Performance tuning & Development of operational procedures

* Support TCP/IP encryption methods (IPSEC, AT-TLS, and TLS) and monitoring of protocols and cyphers aligned to company policies

* Have knowledge on Network Monitoring tools (Wireshark, Omegamon, Mainview, Mainframe Tracing, Sniffers)
