Job Description

We are seeking a Project/Program Manager VI to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise project management, cross-functional leadership, and change management, and a proven ability to deliver complex programs on scope, on schedule, and within budget while meeting quality expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead internal projects to meet scope, time, budget, and quality objectives through structured planning, control, and execution.
• Manage corporate and third-party vendor efforts to plan, build, and implement solutions to internal problems and issues.
• Act as a strategist and recognized authority on leading-edge technologies, theories, or techniques to address complex and sensitive issues.
• Define and pursue courses of action essential to accomplishing program objectives and long-range goals.
• Integrate advanced technologies, theories, or techniques with significant impact across disciplines and business units.
• Serve as an organizational spokesperson on specialized projects or programs.
• Champion large initiatives that influence company objectives and outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Project management expertise across scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality.
• Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management, including vendor oversight.
• Change management planning and execution for enterprise initiatives.
• In-depth knowledge of services operational policies, processes, and project management methodologies.
• Extensive understanding of critical project management techniques and business success factors.
• Education: First-level university degree required. Advanced degree preferred.
• Experience: 10+ years overall with 5+ years in project management or similar roles.
• Certification: PMP required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience as a program spokesperson or executive-facing lead.
• Background delivering initiatives that span multiple business units.
