- Communicate with executives and line management to gather and convey relevant information.
- Answer leaders' phone lines, document accurate messages, and handle calls with sound judgment.
- Proactively manage calendars for multiple executives and resolve conflicts professionally.
- Coordinate travel, prepare and submit expense reports, and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Prepare meeting minutes and supporting documents with clear written and oral communication.
- Draft correspondence, reports, and forms; respond to inquiries; research and resolve issues.
- Assist with organizing in-person meetings and off-sites.
- Manage different and conflicting objectives, projects, and activities in a personable manner.
- Administrative services and office administration expertise.
- Advanced planning, prioritization, and adaptability.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Collaboration and stakeholder communication across levels.
- Event planning and facilities coordination experience.
- Oral and written communications, recording and organizing information, and research.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and standard office tools.
- Experience level: 3+ years supporting managers or executives in administrative roles.
- Financial management tasks, including expense processing.
- Project impact assessment and communication (dispatch).
