BCForward is currently seeking for a highly motivated Workday Business Systems Analyst for a remote opportunity with my direct client.

Position Title: Workday Business Systems Analyst

Location: Remote (Chicago, IL)

Anticipated Start Date: 11/17/2025

Expected Duration: 6+ months

Job Type: Contract - Remote

Pay Range: $90/hr - $110/hr

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job

responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem,

etc.).

We're looking for an experienced Workday Business Systems Analyst to work closely with business and technical stakeholders to implement, configure, and enhance Workday solutions that meet client needs with a special focus on Gifts and Grants processes in the Healthcare sector is a plus.

Key Responsibilities (Supplier Code of Conduct):

• Hands-on experience with Workday configuration and support (HCM, Finance, or related modules)
• Strong skills in business analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Must have Gifts OR Grants process knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
