BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Epic Cogito Support Analyst!

Position Title: Epic Cogito Support Analyst
Location: Remote Role - Atlanta, GA
Anticipated Start Date: 04/14/2025

Expected Duration: 2+Months
Pay Range: $85hr-$90/hr
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.)

Responsibilities:
* Participate in requirement gathering, requirements specification meetings with the users and Analysts and build various reports through Clarity, Crystal, Reporting Workbench
* Strong understanding of development and maintenance of Cogito and Radar Dashboards
* Perform detailed reviews on deliverables and provide technical guidance to the team members
* Validate model system reports and identify advanced reporting needs with report consumers
* Design, develop, and maintain complex reports using Epic Clarity data model and reporting tools, Caboodle, Reporting Workbench, Radar Dashboards, and Chronicles
* Stay updated with Epic's software updates and enhancements, proactively recommending, and implementing new reporting features and capabilities
* Provide end-user training and support, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and conducting training sessions to enhance user proficiency
* Strong organization, analysis, and problem-solving skills required, with an emphasis on attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
* Assist other team members with difficulties encountered due to unexpected data difficulties, system behavior, or indeterminable data locations

Qualifications:
* Must have an active Epic Cogito certification and a minimum of 2 years of direct experience developing, maintaining and troubleshooting Epic reports.
* Deep understanding of application support and enhancement lifecycle, managing service levels, metrics, and status reporting
* Develops solutions for client problems through application of personal experience and standard methods and tools; validates solutions with subject matter experts.
* Ability to develop and maintain documentation of business processes /system enhancements.
* Excellent communication (written/verbal), problem solving, analytical including effective interpersonal skills.
* Proactive drive on improvement and innovation ideas.
