BCForward is currently seeking a highly motivated Remote Program Manager V in the United States.

Position Title: Program Manager V

Location: CA - Remote.

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 8 Months

Pay Range: $75 - $85/hr. on W2.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive org-level product initiatives forward that have multiple stakeholders, difficult or competing deadlines, multiple dependencies and many moving parts.
• Prioritize, assess trade-offs, propose clear solutions and communicate strategically for self and others.
• Own and facilitate meetings to drive progress against goals and objectives and establish clear next steps and owners while resolving blocks that impede progress.
• Proactively assess risk, raise flags and resolve issues before they become problems for larger teams.
• Communicate persuasively to the right audience to get buy-in and feedback.
• Proactively problem solve and distribute information effectively.
• Define and measure impact of programs and initiatives both qualitatively and quantitatively, continually refining and iterating to ensure usage and adoption.
• Source and manage operational budgets, vendor relationships and contracts.

Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time.
• Mastery of google suite.
• Ability to use WhatsApp.
• Ability to handle complexity and navigate ambiguity, with a track record of delivering results in a highly organized manner.

Experience:

• Bachelors Degree
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management.
• Experience handling complexity and navigating ambiguity with teams on large scale 0 to 1 projects from concept to execution.
• Experience working with product teams or programs from road mapping through delivery.
• Experience working directly with product designers and content designers.
• Track record of operating independently and without oversight.
• Experience managing vendors and contractors.
• Experience using data to identify problems and communicate solutions.

  Top 3 must-have HARD skills:

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
• Experience in design operations or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence product strategy and collaborate effectively across teams and functions.

  Education:

• Bachelors Degree.
