Position Title: Business and Systems Analytics - Support Analyst 1

Location: Onsite- 5 days a week- Redmond WA

Anticipated Start Date: 10/21/2025

Expected Duration: 6 Months contract

Job Type: Contract and onsite

Pay Range: $15/hr. - $17/hr.

* Disqualifiers: There are no specific disqualifiers for the role besides submitting overqualified candidates.

* Best vs. Average: The ideal candidate has experience working in game studios Knowledge of Intune, Entra ID, and Jira

* Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on quality of work, meeting deadline, and feedback from the team.

Job Description: We are looking for a Support Analyst to join our team. An ideal candidate will have a wide range of IT knowledge and experience. In this role, you will support a game studio as part of the IT Support team working on a gaming franchise. If you are eager to strengthen your capabilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this is the job for you!

Responsibilities

Desktop software/hardware set-up and troubleshooting Hardware and OS troubleshooting End-user support for proprietary tools Works as a team member to assist with operations support Qualifications and Skills 1-2 years of work-related experience Strong understanding of Microsoft products Outstanding communication and customer service skills Excellent problem resolution and analytical skills Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced environment Pluses Strong understanding of desktop support Experience with core IT infrastructure

Responsibilities: Triage and action service desk tickets for computers Perform asset-management tasks including receiving assets, adding them to the database and assigning them to users Other IT support tasks as required

Minimum Qualifications & Skills: 0-2 years of IT support experience, Experience working in game studios Knowledge of Intune, Entra ID, and Jira
