Position Title: Program Manager I

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $55 - $65/HR

Job Summary:

  • Client is seeking a Campaign Manager responsible for the end-to-end campaign programming management of all ecosystem initiatives for the Client Horizon App Store. You are an expert on content initiatives that drive user engagement with a proven track-record of launching content campaigns.
  • These include content launches, editorial moments, sales and new trends in a digital platform. Background in digital apps, streaming content, SAS, or Enterprise systems with strong operational and analytical sense.
  • We're looking for someone with systems thinking who can also roll up their sleeves to get the job done. Candidates should have the proven ability to work quickly under pressure, hard deadlines and to work collaboratively with cross functional and global partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead campaign programming management of all ecosystem initiatives for the Client Horizon App Store Support business goals through effective site personalization, curation and execution of marketing and merchandising strategies & programs
  • Work with team leads, product managers, data scientists and engineers to execute campaign elements Own management of promotional events; scale and execute on existing plans, and quality assurance of events
  • Ensure that the campaign's goals, assets, timelines, and budgets are adhered to Proactively solve problems, anticipate needs and provide solutions to challenges that both clients and our team face on a regular basis Monitor, report, analyze and iterate campaigns based on results/outcomes
  • Create and manage aspects of campaigns, including asset creation, developer negotiations, campaign localization, and more.

Minimum qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of project or program management experience, campaign execution preferred, with a focus on ecommerce
  • 2-5 years' experience designing or working within a content management system (CMS)
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and tracking deliverables Experience in go-to-market planning and execution across online channels
  • Deep understanding of the technical foundations of digital content distribution
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and driving team execution Self-starter with confidence in initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance
  • Analytical and problem-solving experience

Preferred qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills with a focus on being clear, simple, and direct
  • Strong technical understanding of internal tools
  • Able to think outside of the box to solve complex problems
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and driving team results
  • Excellent business judgment, strong fact-based decision-making, problem-solving ability, and a practical sense of drawing the right conclusion

This role will be supporting new games and apps launches & content updates:

  • by programming campaigns within our CMS tools, working with creative team to request and coordinate asset and copy for promotional campaigns, working closely with our XFN partners,
  • reviewing and analyzing campaign performances, working on other ad hoc store merchandising campaigns and experiments

Must-Have Skills:

  • CSM (content management systems)
  • Tooling experience (AR and VR related)
  • Closely working with engineering in debugging
  • Ecommerce store (apple /iTunes/ google store)
  • Detail oriented
  • Cross functional relationships
  • Creating gif guides for the stores

Nice-to-have Skills:

  • Project Management
  • AR / VR
  • Gaming background
