Job Description

We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruiting across multiple job families and a proven ability to source, evaluate, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.

Responsibilities:

• Actively recruit for a wide variety of positions across functions and levels.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications through resume review and screening.
• Conduct structured interviews to assess skills, experience, and fit.
• Present qualified shortlists and hiring recommendations to hiring managers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.
• Strong screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• 1-3 years of recruiting experience in agency or corporate settings.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience supporting multiple requisitions and hiring managers concurrently.
• Familiarity with sourcing strategies, including Boolean search and social recruiting.
