Credit Quality Analyst
BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Credit Quality Analyst opportunity in Charlotte, NC!
Position Title: Credit Quality Analyst
Location: Charlotte, NC
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 12 months
Job Type: FULL-TIME, CONTRACT, HYBRID SCHEDULE WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE IN OFFICE #3DAYS A WEEK!
Pay Range: $30.22/hr
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due the factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Working Shift: 8am to 5pm

Job Description:
- Main point of contact for requests relating to the administration of large corporate credits held by the Global Credit (GC) loan trading desk. Global Market Loan Operations provides settlements and services for secondary loan trade closings relating to corporate investor clients.
- Must be on hand to offer premium client service and manage the relationships between our internal business partners and external clients.
- Will be responsible for investigating and resolving complex discrepancies which could involve reading the credit agreement and completing manual calculations to ensure balances are correct. Will be tasked with providing supervisory oversight for our various process.
- Will be responsible for facilitating training for the team on processes, business policies and procedures. Must be comfortable with occasionally leading a project or new implementation process.
- Basic Understanding of credit documentation (e.g. Credit Agreement) in order to perform detailed reviews for accurate settlement and servicing.
- End to End processing of loans with accurate data input to various credit and operating systems (e.g. ACBS, BFT, Cash Manager, LoanRunner, etc.) financial background other than mortgage loan!
Responsibilities
- Validation of loan documentation for accurate trade settlements
- Validation of loan commitments, interest payments, and fee payments
- Manage periodic rate changes, rate rollovers, advances, collateral, invoicing, repayments, and other loan agreement inquiries
- Report Monitoring and reconciliations
- Train the team on various procedures, policies and processes
- Provide supervisory oversight on our various processes
- Input wire instructions while attending to dual controls
- Analysis and resolution of operational problems
- Involvement in ad hoc projects for new processes or industry initiatives
- Breaks investigation and resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills: Excel, Outlook, Word
- Presentable, confident and client focused.
- Risk minded - able to identify issues and escalate to management.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment whilst maintaining focus to achieve the goals of the business.
- Shows attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to interact positively and effectively with all levels of management and associates.
- Advanced written/oral communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and shift priorities at a moment's notice.
- Solid organizational and time management skills.
