Schedule

Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Candidate must be available for second or third shift based on business needs and occasional weekend coverage for 24-hour service support.

Job Description

We are seeking a 2nd Shift Process Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in industrial or manufacturing operations, preventive maintenance, and production support and a proven ability to execute production plans safely, maintain equipment reliability, and contribute to cost improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Perform weekly preventive maintenance to ensure equipment safety and reliability.
• Follow production plans to meet customer requirements while working independently and within a team.
• Support conflict resolution within the team to uphold professional standards.
• Participate in cost improvement initiatives to satisfy customer needs.
• Be available for second or third shift and occasional weekend support as business requires; stand for extended periods.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident status.
• Ability to follow standardized work instructions and safety procedures.
• Willingness to work second or third shift and occasional weekends.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Detail orientation with strong mechanical aptitude.
