Job Description

We are seeking a AI Software Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing and implementing AI-powered software, agentic workflows, and production AI systems and a proven ability to deliver reliable, scalable solutions that improve engineering productivity, software quality, and operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain agentic workflows and autonomous systems.
• Develop and integrate AI models into production-grade applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Implement orchestration logic for multi-agent systems and task automation.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code in support of AI initiatives.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of AI systems in production.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and model software development best practices.
• Contribute to communities of practice to refine and document standards and best practices.
• Adhere to enterprise security, risk, and governance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Python or similar languages and strong software development skills.
• Experience designing and building agentic workflows or multi-agent systems.
• Familiarity with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Solid understanding of AI and ML concepts, including LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and containerization with Docker or Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and system integration.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with agile delivery in cross-functional teams.
• Background in building intelligent automations and developer productivity tools.
