Job Description

We are seeking a 2nd Shift Process Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in industrial or manufacturing environments, preventive maintenance, and production support and a proven ability to maintain safe and reliable equipment, follow production plans, and meet customer requirements.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Must be available for second or third shift based on business needs and occasional weekends for 24-hour service support.

Responsibilities:

• Perform weekly maintenance on equipment to ensure safety and reliability.
• Follow production plans to meet customer requirements while working independently and collaboratively.
• Support team collaboration and resolve conflicts to maintain professional standards.
• Participate in cost improvement activities to satisfy customer needs.
• Stand for extended periods and support occasional weekend shifts as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident status.
• Ability to follow production plans and perform preventive maintenance.
• Ability to collaborate and work independently in a manufacturing setting.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Detail orientation with mechanical aptitude.
