SAP Architect Contractor BCforward is currently seeking for a highly motivated SAP Architect Contractor for an Onsite opportunity at Nashville, TN Position Title: SAP Architect ContractorLocation: Nashville, TNAnticipated Start Date: 11/03/2025Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.Expected Duration: 6+ monthsJob Type: Contract - OnsitePay Range: $50/hr - $57/hrPlease note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). As an SAP Architect Contractor, you will be responsible for designing and implementing SAP solutions to meet business needs and align with architectural standards. Designing and implementing SAP solutions, including SAP S/4HANA, to meet business requirements. Defining interaction requirements for components, subsystems, and interfaces within the SAP ecosystem. Providing strategic direction and guidance on SAP development and production fixes. Ensuring alignment of business and technology requirements with enterprise design. Collaborating with stakeholders to define vision, requirements, and ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities (Supplier Code of Conduct):
- 7-8 years of experience in SAP HR (SuccessFactors or ECC HCM, Mini Master in S4 HANA) and SAP Concur, supporting the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to go-live.
- Configure and integrate organizational structures, position management, job requisition processes, and employee self-service features within SAP HR modules.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective travel and expense workflows in SAP Concur, ensuring alignment with finance and HR controls.
- Support ongoing administration: managing user roles, data synchronization, and mastering data activities across HR and Concur platforms.
- Conduct workshops and training for end-users and stakeholders across both HR and expense management processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, manage escalations, and perform regression testing during upgrades or system enhancements.
- Collaborate across IT, HR, and finance to ensure seamless integrations, data consistency, and process compliance.
- Document configurations, business processes, and test cases for audit and continuous improvement purposes.
- Support ongoing operations, troubleshoot issues, and resolve support tickets related to the SAP HR + Concur module
