BCforward is currently seeking for a HR Operations Advisor 5 for a Hybrid opportunity at Redmond, WA

Position Title: HR Operations Advisor 5

Location: Redmond, WA

Anticipated Start Date: 08/11/2025

Expected Duration: 6+ months

Job Type: Contract - Hybrid

Pay Range: $50/hr. - $55/hr.

responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem,

etc.).

We are seeking an HR Operations Advisor. The ideal candidate will focus is on relevant recruiting experience, especially for marketing teams, rather than formal education credentials.

Job Description:

Candidate Requirements
* Years of Experience Required: 10+ overall years of experience in the field.

• The focus is on relevant recruiting experience, especially for marketing teams, rather than formal education credentials.
• Influence and Stakeholder Management.
• Able to build trust and credibility with senior leaders, hiring managers, and candidates alike-often persuading stakeholders with differing priorities.
• Strategic Thinking
• Should understand business goals and align talent acquisition strategies accordingly.
• Empathy and Candidate Experience
• Ability to connect with candidates, understand their motivations, and ensure a positive experience.

Top 3 Hard Skills Required:
1. Minimum 10+ years' experience with Executive/Talent Search Expertise (Deep experience in sourcing, assessing, and closing candidates at all career stages)
2. Minimum 10+ years' experience with Data-Driven Talent Strategy (Proficiency in using analytics and talent intelligence tools to inform hiring decisions, forecast workforce needs, and measure recruiting effectiveness (e.g., time-to-fill, quality-of-hire).
3. Minimum 3-5 years' experience with Microsoft Office Tools Expertise (i.e., OneNote, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Also, should have knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) platforms.)
