Job Description
We are seeking a Course Administrator to provide learning administrative services supporting client training needs. The role will oversee onsite class and facility support and the implementation and maintenance of assigned courses and curriculum, including Learning Management System updates and end-to-end class administration.
Responsibilities:
- Physically set up onsite and offsite training rooms, including table configuration, materials placement, and equipment setup.
- Collect and return training materials to storage after classes conclude.
- Prep facilities to meet quality and client standards and maintain readiness.
- Troubleshoot audio-visual equipment issues in training rooms.
- Maintain course and curriculum information within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Serve as onsite point of contact for course owners and participants for service support.
- Manage class event activities including adds, cancellations, advertising, enrollments, confirmations, waitlists, facilities scheduling, closeout, and reporting.
- Enroll students and maintain course rosters across scheduled offerings.
- Enter attendance records into the LMS or database and provide attendance reports to supervisors and clients.
- Maintain and record class evaluation data and feedback.
- Perform data entry tasks in support of learning administration as needed.
- Adhere to client standard operating procedures, processes, and service level agreements.
- Identify and troubleshoot data or process discrepancies and escalate as required.
- File and maintain paper training history records onsite.
- Execute additional client-requested tasks within scope.
- Escalate service issues to the Manager for resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Customer service mindset with the ability to build professional working relationships.
- Attention to detail, strong quality focus, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a learning organization or training administration function.
- Knowledge of and experience with Learning Management Systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Team-oriented approach with self-motivation and adaptability to change.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective oral and written communication with clients, leadership, and team members.
