BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Program Manager V for An Onsite opportunity in Palo Alta, CA.

Position Title: Program Manager V

Location: Palo Alta, CA

Anticipated Start Date: 7/7/2025

Expected Duration: 6+ Months

Job Type: Contract - [FULL TIME (40 Hours a week)]

Pay Range: $85/hr-$96/hr

Job Description:

Program Manager to support a high-impact messaging product team focused on building seamless and user-friendly communication experiences on a scale. This role will drive cross-functional program operations, oversee usability initiatives, and support design and engineering execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead horizontal program operations across the messaging organization
• Coordinate usability-focused projects, ensuring clear alignment between product, design, and engineering
• Enhance execution efficiency, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration
• Manage project planning, risk mitigation, and reporting

Required Qualifications:

• Strong background in managing consumer product and design projects
• Exceptional communication, organization, and cross-functional leadership skills
• Proven ability to operate independently and manage complex programs
• Familiarity with product development workflows and design processes
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical acumen or experience supporting large engineering teams
• Prior experience in fast-paced tech environments
• PMP or PMI certification
• Familiarity with messaging products and usability testing workflows
