Position Title: Engineering Project Coordinator IV
Location: Sunnyvale, CA & Seattle, WA.

Expected Duration: 12 Months Job Type: [>%3D40 weeks] [Contract] [Remote] Pay Range: $50 - $60/hr. on W2.Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Job Title: Engineering Project Coordinator IVDuration: 12 MonthsLocation: Onsite in Sunnyvale or Seattle Summary:
- The main function of a project coordinator is to support Program manager and project teams on a project.
- The coordinator ensures that no resources are being allocated to unnecessary tasks and that all aspects of the project are completed as quickly as possible.
- 3+ years experience as an Engineering Program Specialist, project manager, program manager, or relevant experience in high tech hardware and/or software development.
- Experience working with engineering teams and understand bill of materials (BOM)
- Proficient in creating and managing complex spreadsheets, accounting tools, POs, and invoice tracking
- Experience collaborating with Logistics teams and resolving logistics issues efficiently
- The primary role of a Engineering Project Specialist is to assist the Program Manager and project teams in ensuring the successful execution of a project.
- The EPS will collaborate closely with Program Managers and XNF teams to facilitate seamless demand allocation collection and device deployment.
- They will work in partnership with the Logistics team to address and resolve any logistical challenges.
- Additionally, the EPS will assist in project forecasting, placing orders, and tracking PO expenses to maintain budget oversight.
