Program Manager Non-Tech 2
Bcforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Program Manager Non-Tech 2 for an opportunity in Remote.
Position Title: Program Manager Non-Tech 2
Location: Remote
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 18 Months
Job Type: Contract - Remote
Pay Range: $50
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years' experience with Partner management (internal and external)
2. Minimum 4 years' experience with Program Management.
3. Minimum 2 years' experience with Microsoft Office.

Position Purpose
Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is to drive revenue diversification of Minecraft Education through a partnership program.
- Key projects: This role will contribute to ensuring the partners are enabled and supported in their operations, ROB and go-to-market motion.
- Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of individual work, v-team meetings, and 1:1 meeting with colleagues.
- • -Partner Management:
- Provide on-going operational support to new external partners.
- Create and execute on-boarding and enablement plans for partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams on reviews and approvals.
- Continuously learn about partner needs and issues and provide feedback to internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage quarterly business reviews with education and commercial partners, including managing logistics, attendees, agenda and follow-up items.
- • -Partner Operations:
- Engage with external and internal partners to manage business operations and report for partnerships, including price discount requests, order summary, invoices, royalty payments and monthly reports.
- Collaboration and communication with teams across Mojang and Microsoft may be required.
- Partner Ecosystem Scale:
- Identify blockers to efficiency and points of friction in the way we identify, pilot and launch partnership opportunities, and suggest solutions and improvements.
- Create processes and assets to scale the partner ecosystem, with a focus on efficiency and scale.
Skills:
Minimum Qualifications & Skills:
- Years of Experience Required: 4 overall years of experience in the field.
- Degrees or certifications required: Required Qualifications - bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Marketing or related field AND 2-4 years Partnership Management, Account Management, Business, Operations, Finance, Program Management, Project Management or related experience OR equivalent experience. is required to be eligible for this role. Preferred Qualifications - bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Marketing or related field AND 4 years Partnership Management, Account Management, Business, Operations, Finance, Program Management, Project Management or related experience OR equivalent experience.
