Pay Range: $38/hr to $40/hr on W2

Summary:
The main function of an Order Fulfillment Manager is to ensure accuracy of delivery committees as well as proactively communicate on risks to open demands and mitigation actions being taken all in support of performing to the cycle time goals.

* Supplier Integrator Facing Role: The role acts as the face of the SCOM organization, interacting with Sr. Management teams to understand customer delivery requirements and develop strategies to meet business needs.
* Order Fulfillment and Metrics: The individual is responsible for monitoring customer service fulfillment metrics, managing server order books, and ensuring high data integrity standards.
* Driving improvements of Supply health by working with Cross functional teams

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field preferred
* 5-7 years' experience required
* Basic knowledge of Lean Sigma preferred
* Ability to create business solutions that increase competitive advantage
* Ability to exercise good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
* Project management skills to handle diverse projects, often simultaneously, and meet aggressive deadlines
* Ability to solve problems/ processes and understand complex details
* Ability to increase operating efficiency by producing high quality solutions
* A high level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills necessary to relate to other people at their systems knowledge level
* Ability to analyze complex situations and problems and do the necessary research using multiple sources of information to arrive at innovative solutions

Candidate Requirements:
* Years of Experience Required - 5-7+ years of experience
* Degrees or certifications required - bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field required preferred
* Disqualifiers - Need to be quick to learn and be able to work in Ambiguity
* Best vs. Average - Ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of Lean Sigma. Experience understanding of how data is used/reported on is preferred.
* Performance Indicators - Candidate will be evaluated on their ability to meet deadlines and Quality of work. As well as the candidate's ability to work in ambiguity and ability to be a quick learner.

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
1) 5+ years of experience overall supply chain experience or certification
2) 5+ years of experience overall excel skills
3) 5+ years of experience overall project management
