Job Description

We are seeking an A&T Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hydraulic and electrical assembly, precision testing, and troubleshooting of complex components and systems and a proven ability to diagnose test failures, recommend rework, and document results to meet production and overhaul requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Perform hydraulic assembly and electrical component assembly on complex components, assemblies, and systems for new production and repair and overhaul work.
• Use mechanical and electronic measurement equipment, specialized fixtures, tooling, gauging, and torque mechanisms to meet build requirements.
• Work from drawings, work instructions, and parts lists, and produce detailed written documentation of performance results and situational findings.
• Set up and execute operational tests of finished products on high precision test stands using hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic test equipment.
• Diagnose test failures, assess hardware condition, and recommend rework instructions and configuration changes to achieve desired results.
• Support day-to-day production administration activities within the team to ensure effective operations.
• Travel on occasion to customer facilities or other locations to service or support hardware and accommodate delivery schedules, including short-term off-shift work when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in hydraulic assembly, electrical component assembly, and precision measurement practices.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and parts lists, and document test and build results clearly.
• Hands-on experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic test equipment and high precision test stands.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with the ability to recommend rework and configuration changes.
• High School Diploma or formal training equivalency with 5 years of experience in a related technical field, or 3 years of directly related experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in repair and overhaul environments within a team-based organization.
• Familiarity with specialized fixtures, torque tools, and gauging used in precision assembly.
