Title: Executive AdminLocation: Redmond, WADuration: 6 Months (Potential chances for extension) Anticipated Start Date: ASAPPlease note this is the target date and is subject to change. Title: Executive AdminLocation: Redmond, WADuration: 6 Months (Potential chances for extension)Typical Day in the Role
- Purpose of the Team: Global Strategy & Operations team supporting leaders with logistics, calendaring, event scheduling, compliance tracking, and expense management
- Key Projects: Calendar management across time zones, expense reporting, travel booking, compliance reminders, and distribution list management
- Disqualifiers: None specific; open to diverse backgrounds as long as core requirements are met
- Best vs. Average: Ideal resume includes strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, experience with Outlook and Office 365, and professional communication with executives
- Provide comprehensive support to M2 managers, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
- Assist with their direct reports as needed.
- Offering larger team support, including organizing morale events, onboarding and offboarding new hires, and procuring goods and services such as computer equipment, office supplies, and reference materials.
- Manage asset tracking and facility requests.
- Exercise sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in all communications and interactions.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with executive-level and counterpart administrative staff both internally and externally.
- 2-4 years of experience as a Business Administrator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.
- Process-driven, extremely organized, and detail-oriented.
- High integrity and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, make independent decisions, be proactive, and drive tasks to closure.
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, actively tracking pending items, and constantly reprioritizing tasks based on changing business needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills, integrity, self-awareness, and excellent customer service skills.
- Proven track record of excellent judgment, problem resolution, teamwork, negotiation, budgeting, analytical skills, decision-making skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
- familiarity with office 365 tools
- Calendar management experience
