BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Representative for a Hybrid opportunity

Position Title: Customer Experience Representative

Location: Wacouta Township, MN

Anticipated Start Date: 09/01/2025

Expected Duration: 3 Months

Job Type: FULL TIME (>%3D40 HRS WEEKLY) - CONTRACT - HYBRID

Pay Range: $15/hr to $20/hr

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Summary:

• Customer Experience Representative, 3+ month contract position. Remote but will need to be onsite for the first 2 weeks for training.

Overview:

• POS (EVA) - Ability to understand and navigate orders, including canceling order lines.
• M3 (Order Management System) - Ability to change quantities for our replenishment orders in EVA and incorrect quantities placed in our B2B tool. Adjust duplicate invoices and process updates to orders.
• Salesforce (SF) - Ability to create cases, send emails, and document actions taken.
• Outlook - Ability to send professional email communications.
• General - Availability to work during scheduled hours and willingness to adapt to evolving tasks.

The primary systems be used are:

• M3 (Order Management System)
• EVA Suite & EVA POS System
• Salesforce
