Project Manager II BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Project Manager II for a REMOTE opportunity. Position Title: Project Manager II Location: Remote (Strong preference for EST)Anticipated Start Date: ASAPPlease note this is the target date and it is subject to change. About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager II to join Client's International Marketing team as a contract In-Product Marketing Project Manager. In this role, you will manage the operational aspects of product marketing campaigns across Client's platforms, collaborating with global cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution, scaling, and performance reporting. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the development and execution of marketing campaigns with internal and international marketers, creative teams, and analytics partners.
- Develop detailed timelines and scalable processes to efficiently deploy product marketing campaigns.
- Manage technical setup, testing, and operational workflows for campaign execution.
- Analyze marketing objectives and resource requirements to ensure feasibility and smooth delivery.
- Build and maintain a documented, scalable campaign playbook for international marketing teams.
- Work closely with data science and analytics teams to inform strategy, rollout decisions, optimizations, and campaign measurement.
- Identify and resolve blockers to maintain momentum across approximately five active campaigns.
- 3+ years in project or marketing operations management handling multiple complex campaigns simultaneously.
- 2+ year's experience in technical setup and testing of digital marketing campaigns.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
- Hands-on experience building and scaling digital campaigns strategically and executionally.
- Expertise in A/B testing and lift measurement methodologies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to drive process improvements in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in companies running cross-platform campaigns (e.g., YouTube ads on Google).
- Previous technical or software engineering experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI certification preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or marketing-related field.
- 3-4 years of relevant work experience.
