BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst for an opportunity at Eagan-MN Location!

Position Title: Data Analyst

Location: Eagan, MN

Anticipated Start Date: 09/02/2025

Expected Duration: 3+ months

Job Type: Full Time (>%3D40 HRS WEEKLY) - CONTRACT - Hybrid

Pay Range: $40/hr to $45/hr

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Key responsibilities:

• Organize and document over 30 years of historical data
• Build data pipelines and perform data tracing and aggregation
• Modernize legacy data processes and workflows
• Communicate findings and progress to stakeholders clearly and consistently
• Support continuous improvement efforts in Sales & Operations analytics

Required Skills & Experience:

• Expert-level Excel skills - no handholding needed
• Proven experience in Sales and Operations analysis
• Strong organizational ability; able to bring order to messy data
• Experience consolidating multiple data sources into a common dataset
• Background in continuous improvement or process optimization

Nice to Have:

• Excel macro/VBA development to automate reporting templates
• Power Query experience for data transformation
