Bcforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Enablement Program Manager for an opportunity in Remote.

Position Title: Enablement Program Manager

Location: Remote.

Job Type: Contract - Remote

Pay Range $40.00

Job Description:

Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute enablement strategies that support operational priorities and drive measurable outcomes
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve readiness, knowledge transfer, and process adoption across teams
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement robust solutions to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency
• Build and maintain enablement frameworks, playbooks, and toolkits tailored to operational workflows
• Act as a strategic advisor, building trust with leadership, surfacing insights and recommendations that inform business decisions
• Drive stakeholder engagement and change management efforts to ensure successful program adoption
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of enablement programs using defined KPIs and feedback loops
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility for key stakeholders.
• Analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop visualizations and reports to communicate trends effectively to stakeholders.
• Translate data insights into recommendations for team, and other key stakeholders.

Education/Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or enablement roles.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without authority.
• Communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience designing and delivering enablement content and training programs.

Skills:
Preferred:

• Familiarity with operational frameworks and tools (e.g., Viva Goals, PowerBi, automation, internal ticketing systems).
• Experience working in a matrixed or global organization.
• Background in strategic planning or business transformation.
• Strong Organizational Skillset
