Job Description

We are seeking an Associate Manufacturing Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in production assembly and quality control and a proven ability to meet output targets while maintaining safety and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble products according to specifications and work instructions.
• Perform in-process quality checks and ensure adherence to standards.
• Maintain production efficiency and meet daily output goals.
• Operate tools and machinery safely and follow all safety procedures.
• Report equipment or process issues to supervisors promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 0-5 years of experience in manufacturing or related operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency with common industry tools and basic production software.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience.

Work Schedule & Pay

• Onsite, 1st shift: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
