Job Description

We are seeking a Corporate Actions Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in asset servicing, corporate actions processing, and operational controls and a proven ability to execute time-sensitive instructions with accuracy while mitigating operational risk.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process corporate action events for clients across the Americas markets, ensuring instructions and entitlements meet market deadlines and client requirements.
• Deliver timely completion of controls, checks, instructions, and client queries to maintain operational excellence in asset servicing.
• Proactively manage group mailboxes and internal enquiry tools, resolving internal and client-facing team queries related to corporate actions.
• Partner with Product, Network Management, sub-custodians, and vendors to resolve complex operational issues and drive process improvements.
• Continuously review and enhance processes and procedures to minimize risk, improve efficiency, and support best-in-class service delivery.
• Provide support, guidance, and training to colleagues to strengthen global client experience and team development.
• Support the instruction process, balance team workloads, and contribute to strategic initiatives related to corporate actions.
• Conduct reviews of manual controls for timely execution and accuracy to ensure robust risk mitigation and operational integrity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with corporate actions processing and asset servicing operations.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and control mindset.
• Effective communication, collaboration, and client service skills.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field preferred; recent graduates with prior internship experience are welcome.

Preferred Skills:

• Background in financial operations within custody, brokerage, or asset management.
• Familiarity with market deadlines, record dates, and instruction handling for voluntary and mandatory events.

Work Arrangement & Interview Process:

• Location: New York City. Onsite schedule, 5 days in office, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Interview process: 1 round via Zoom. A second round may be requested.
• Not eligible for employer-sponsored immigration support.
