BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated IT Program Manager for an opportunity in Pennington NJ

Position Title: IT Program Manager

Location: Pennington NJ and Charlotte NC

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 12 Months contract

Pay Range: $55/hr -$60/hr

Description:

• This role is a key member of the Global Technology Model Governance team that provides critical support to the team in supporting internal business controls and reporting routines horizontally across Global Technology.
• The best teammate for this role will possess strong organizational, analytical and execution skills, pay close attention to details, is a great communicator and collaborator, and excels at being deadline oriented to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• The strongest candidates will have a love for investigating, analyzing and problem solving; great partnership and communication skills; and ability to understand the details, as well as synthesize them into meaningful recommendations, conclusions, and management reporting.
• Assess and advise on improving process and methodologies of current program and project management implications throughout projects' timelines; including development of strategies, readiness assessment, development of training and communications.

Required (hard) skills/experience

• 5-8+ years of professional work experience preferably in technology risk and/or controls experience
• 5-10 year of project/program management
• Strong collaboration and partnering skills with ability to positively influence and motivate others, enjoys working in a team environment
• Drives timely decisions, knowing when to engage others for additional input and when to act independently
• MS Office Proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Demonstrated understanding of the importance of business ethics
• Proven ability to foster the Identify, Escalate, Debate Risk Culture
• QA/Testing with technology related experience

Desired skills/experience

• Prior business process management or control framework knowledge
• Ability to understand systematic evidence as it relates to IT processes
• Experience with Model Development and Artificial Intelligence processes and deliverables
• Good understanding of technology / technology risk and control / technology risk management
