Position Title: Member Risk Adjustment Coordinator I
Location: Remote to AR/ Central Time Zone
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP
Expected Duration: 07+ months of contract

Pay Range: $25.00/hr on W2
Position Purpose:
- Member Risk Adjustment Coordinator I position is to assist in improving member health outcomes by performing tasks related to wellness appointment scheduling, primary care physician (PCP) verification, and provider appointment coordination. The role involves working with members and provider offices to ensure accurate healthcare information is updated in internal systems, ultimately supporting the organization's efforts in risk adjustment and overall member care management.
Walk me through the day-to-day responsibilities of this the role and a description of the project (Outside of Workday JD):
- Using Excel to review assigned work and noting work completed
- Calling members to assist in scheduling wellness appointments and confirm their PCP
- Updating members primary care physician in the internal systems
- Calling provider offices to schedule appointments
Describe the performance expectations/metrics for this individual and their team:
- Individual goal set for the daily number calls
Tell me about what their first day looks like:
- Meet the full team via a virtual meeting
- Meeting with Supervisor to begin training and expectations
- Begin training with Coordinators
