Program Manager IVBCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Program Manager IV for a Onsite opportunity! Position Title: Program Manager IVLocation: Round Rock, TXAnticipated Start Date: 10/14/2024 Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.Expected Duration: 12 MonthsJob Type: Contract (>%3D30 HRS WEEKLY)Pay Range: $50.77 - $83.77Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Key Responsibilities:
Must-Have Skills:
- Project Planning: Coordinate with the Program Manager to ensure effective planning of technical delivery work through reviewing Legal pipeline and XFN project documents.
- Capacity Planning: Execute project plans, ensuring timely completion, quality. Create and maintain capacity plans that enable the team to manage multiple updates simultaneously while meeting project timelines and quality standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate project status, progress, and changes to stakeholders, including senior leadership, customers, and vendors.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project outcomes.
- Reporting and Documentation: Create, maintain, and disseminate comprehensive documentation related to updates, capacity planning, stakeholder engagement, and process improvements.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements, increasing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Change Management & Process Improvement: Develop and implement change management plans, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Project Closure: Ensure project closure, including documentation, knowledge transfer, and lessons learned.
- Identifying Bottlenecks & Delays: Escalate as soon as there is a bottleneck or delay.
- Handling Escalations: Resolve conflicts and escalations to the team, and whenever there is a miss from the team, research solutions and put in processes that mitigate the issues.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong project management experience
- Huge attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Conducting post escalation issues
- Queue monitoring / monitoring queue health
- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications: PMP or equivalent certification.
- Operations Management: Queue Management & Resource allocation: Ability to allocate people to ensure project success. Manage and optimize queues, ensuring timely completion of tasks and requests.
- Past experience in conducting post mortem for escalations: Deep dive into why issues happened, so that we can prevent them from happening again.
