Job Title: Manufacturing Technician
Location: Chandler, AZ
Duration: 6+ Months
Pay Range: $24/hr on W2
Shift: Day (6 AM - 6 PM)
Shift Days: Sunday - Tuesday, every other Wednesday

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Operate complex equipment and analytical tools to process state-of-the-art 12'' silicon wafers in a cleanroom environment, requiring appropriate gowning. Technicians wear a full-body gown (gore suit) to cover themselves from head to toe while performing duties.
• Multi-task responsibilities may include minor preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, non-standard processing, and problem-solving.
• Primary duties include performing a variety of routine operations supporting wafer fabrication in a specific functional area.
• The position requires working efficiently from standard procedures and specifications.
• Technicians will work 12-hour shifts and will spend the majority of their time standing to perform the work. Some tasks may involve repetitive motion.

Required Qualifications:

• 1 - 3 years of work experience in a semiconductor cleanroom environment.
• 1 - 3 years of work experience in production, office work, or a trade, with a focus on utilizing computers and software.

Education:

• Associate's degree in a related field, including computer software, semiconductor, or similar disciplines.
• Military experience will be accepted in lieu of an Associate's degree.
