Marketing Finance Manager - Vendor Job Description
* This person will work with an account team to manage a large worldwide marketing investment budget.
* The person needs to be able to work independently, be organized, and possess polished verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience - specifically experience in DPS on a DHL account - is mandatory due to very limited window to onboard. This role requires ownership of budget management, analysis and reporting, and will interact directly with both internal stakeholders as well as with the hardware partner stakeholders. It will be helpful if the person has some familiarity working with marketing teams given that this is a marketing program budget and all of the spend is related to marketing programs and execution.
* The person needs to be able to work independently, be organized, and possess polished verbal and written communication skills.

The primary skills this person needs to have:
* Joint Marketing Agreement (JMA) budget management experience on an OEM account team.
* Experience developing and cascading OEM partner marketing investments.
* Experience with Performance Management (PM) estimations and associated impact on marketing investments.
* Intermediate to advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, linking spreadsheets, building reports, conducting analysis, and managing PowerBI dashboards).
* Understanding of financial accounting processes (such as management of invoices and accruals).
* Understanding of worldwide finance concepts (constant dollars, FX rates).
* Basic to intermediate partner project management experience : tracking work items, monitoring, and reporting progress.
* Stakeholder management. Knowing how to work with different types of roles from marketing specialists, marketing managers, procurement and finance people.
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
* Working knowledge of SharePoint/TEAMS
* Familiarity with marketing tactics and content types is a plus

Candidate Requirements:
* Years of Experience Required: 3+ minimum in a partner role - 5+ years of experience in the financial field.
* Degrees or certifications required: 4-year degree in business or relevant experience is required to be eligible for this role.
* Disqualifiers: Candidates without prior experience in an OEM role will not be eligible for the role.
* Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain experience in prior similar roles, and it will be helpful if the person has some familiarity working with marketing teams given that this is a marketing program budget and all of the spend is related
* to marketing programs and execution.
* Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on quality of work and meeting deadlines .

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience:
1. Minimum 3+years' experience with experience developing and cascading OEM partner marketing investments.
2. Minimum 3+years' experience with intermediate to advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, linking spreadsheets, building reports, conducting analysis, and managing PowerBI dashboards).
3. Minimum 3+years' experience with understanding of financial accounting processes (such as management of invoices and accruals).
