Job Description

We are seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to join our team. The specialist will plan and execute marketing and demand generation programs directly and through Juniper Partners, primarily in the United States. The role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders, development and execution of marketing programs, and relationship building with sales, product, and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in field and channel marketing, campaign execution, and stakeholder management and a proven ability to drive pipeline, engage partners, and manage end-to-end programs that achieve measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with sales, corporate marketing, solutions marketing, and technical experts to develop demand generation strategies and execute the marketing components.
• Contribute to strategy, project manage, and execute custom and strategic events.
• Build relationships with customers' sales, marketing, and product teams to identify opportunities that benefit both the customer and Juniper.
• Drive customer engagement with a regular cadence of communications, including content development, database management, and response metric tracking and reporting.
• Manage Opex and MDF budgets to support programs and partner initiatives.
• Collaborate with channel partners to plan and execute joint marketing activities that align to regional priorities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Results-driven individual contributor with analytic, strategic, and tactical marketing skills.
• Proven history building and maintaining relationships with sales teams and channel partners to develop and implement marketing strategies.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision and shifting priorities.
• Strong collaboration skills to influence stakeholders across business groups, field, and channel teams.
• Exceptional communication skills with a problem-solving mindset.
• 3+ years of technology marketing experience; understanding of the federal market is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools and Adobe Photoshop.
