BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Test Automation Engineer for an opportunity in Weehawken NJ 07086 - Onsite Position

Position Title: Test Automation Engineer

Location: Austin, TX 78727 - Onsite Position

Anticipated Start Date: October

Expected Duration: 04+ months contract (with possible extension)

Job Type: Contract, 40 HRS WEEKLY, Onsite Position

Pay Range: $55/Hr - $57.14/Hr

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

1. Selenium

2. Java

3. API Automation

Job Description:

- 8+ years' experience in Test Automation using various tools like Selenium, REST Assured, JMeter, Appium, Cucumber, etc., for web and mobile applications.
- Proven track record in developing test automation frameworks from inception.
- Experience with test data identification & creation/mining by querying/retrieving from backend databases/ API calls.
- Working experience with globally distributed teams.
- Experience with test management tools (Jira / SquashTest / GitLab ).
- Proficient/working experience on various CI tools such as GitLab/GitHub.
- Engage proactively QA Manager regarding project statuses, and risks.
- Experience in Java programming, any shell scripting will be preferred.
