Job Description
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in high-volume recruiting, phone screening, and applicant tracking systems and a proven ability to manage multiple requisitions while delivering a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Support active requisitions, including candidate review, dispositioning, and pipeline management.
- Assist with posting jobs, tracking candidates, and maintaining accurate data in the applicant tracking system.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups to keep processes on track.
- Partner with Recruiters to ensure timely communication with candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications, experience, and interest.
- Provide candidates with an overview of the role, process, and next steps.
- Capture detailed screening notes and recommendations for Recruiter review.
- Maintain compliance with recruiting processes and documentation requirements.
- Assist with reporting, requisition updates, and ad hoc recruiting projects.
- Support high-volume hiring needs and short turnaround timelines.
- Collaborate with Recruiters, TA Coordinators, and HR partners to ensure seamless hiring execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR support.
- Experience conducting phone screens and supporting multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills with a professional, candidate-focused approach.
- High attention to detail with effective time and priority management.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems. Workday required. Phenom a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting high-volume or operational recruiting.
- Prior contract recruiting or recruiting coordinator experience.
- Familiarity with corporate hiring processes and compliance standards.
Skills & Competencies:
- Organizational and time-management skills with reliable follow-through.
- Candidate engagement and professional communication across channels.
- Team collaboration in a recruiting environment with adaptability to changing workloads.
- Pipeline management, job posting, interview scheduling, and reporting.
Education & Languages:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- English: Read, Write, Speak.
