Role and ResponsibilitiesMedia Ratings Council (MRC) Accreditation Audit Program Manager ContractorBackground
The Media Ratings Council (MRC) is an independent, non-profit organization that audits and accredits market research and audience rating measurement to ensure validity, reliability, and effectiveness. Clients largest advertisers rely on MRC's independent verification of their media investment, making MRC accreditation crucial for maintaining trust. Clients has held MRC accreditation for its first-party (1P) and third-party (3P) metrics since 2018. MRC Audit is vital for Clients brand safety and advertiser spend retention, making it an ongoing priority for the company.
Role and Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end audit processes for first-party (1P) and third-party (3P) metrics.
Proactively plan, execute, and remediate audits with internal and external stakeholders.
Audit Planning:
Align scope with auditors
Identify audit Points of Contact (PoCs) from all relevant organizations within the company
Communicate requirements and timelines to PoCs
Create and maintain program planning and management artifacts such as GANTT charts, internal tasks, playbooks, etc.
Update audit runbook using insights from previous audits
Audit Execution:
Coordinate tasks between external auditors and internal PoCs
Provide necessary documentation
Conduct weekly status meetings with auditors and internal PoCs
Provide progress updates to Clients leadership
Remediation:
Review auditor reports
Address areas of non-compliance
Create and execute remediation plans
Manage internal remediation process
Provide evidence to auditors
Continuously improve program efficiency and meet audit SLAs
Run awareness programs
Track program progress and publish weekly status reports
Ensure audit quality across all cross-functional teams
Day to Day Role:Manage end-to-end audit processes for first-party (1P) and third-party (3P) metrics.
Proactively plan, execute, and remediate audits with internal and external stakeholders.

Technical familiarity with end-to-end metric creation for digital advertising campaigns
SQL knowledge for data analysis
