Position Title: Brand Marketing Manager IVLocation: Onsite - New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Menlo Park, Burlingame, CA (Hybrid)Anticipated Start Date: 07/30/2025Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. Job Description: Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in affiliate marketing with a strong focus on owned and operated influencer programs.
- Proven leadership in building and scaling first-party influencer affiliate programs.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Strong mentorship skills, capable of leading projects independently and guiding junior team members.
- Expertise in negotiating complex contracts and managing high-value influencer relationships.
- Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in data analysis, performance optimization, and ROI measurement.
- Experienced with analytic tools and software for tracking and reporting on program effectiveness.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with a focus on driving results and achieving business goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to convey complex marketing concepts.
- Skilled in building strong relationships and influencing outcomes in collaborative environments.
- Experience in large-scale digital marketing or e-commerce environments.
- Familiarity with Client marketing ecosystem is a plus.
- Influencer/Creator title
- Affiliate - Not a publisher, but owned and operated creator content
- Scaled, Community Ambassador Programs
- Creator monetization
- Data and Measurement experience
- Quantifying / Analytics
- Product or PMM - working with marketers, engineers
