BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Scaled Enablement Program Manager II for a Remote opportunity.

Position Title: Scaled Enablement Program Manager II

Location: New York, NY, Austin and Menlo Park (Remote)

Anticipated Start Date: [April 15th 2024]

Pay Range: $60-$65

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).


Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Partner Enablement Program Manager (Contractor) to join our Scaled Enablement team. In this role, you will play a critical part in launching a new program designed to empower customer-facing teams to effectively coach and support businesses as they build and grow their business across our entire suite of tools, products, and platforms. You will be responsible for building comprehensive documentation, working with cross functional team to tailor and/or develop training materials and scripts, and acting as a key liaison between the product, program, vendor and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Development:
-Collaborate with stakeholders to define the partner onboarding and ongoing support process for paid customers.
- Create detailed documentation outlining the steps, best practices, and resources spanning advertising, marketing and organic growth strategies for partner managers.

Training & Enablement:
- Oversee the development of training programs and materials (e.g., workshops, eLearning modules) to equip partner managers with the knowledge and skills required to support paid customers.
- Craft scripts and role-playing exercises to enhance partner managers' communication and sales effectiveness.
- Collaborate with product, marketing and other subject matter experts to develop comprehensive playbooks outlining best practices, strategies, and resources for partner managers to coach and support their customers across our suite of tools, products, and platforms.

Communication & Collaboration:
-Serve as the primary point of contact for the Partner Enablement, collaborating effectively with Product Marketing and Marketing teams to ensure program alignment.
-Capture program feedback from partner-facing teams, and align on necessary adjustments w/ stakeholders.
-Manage communication channels and ensure clear information flow between stakeholders.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Stay up-to-date on product updates and features relevant to the audience segment.
- Develop and maintain partner-facing resources, such as knowledge bases and FAQs.
- Test and audit tools focused on data management, outbound communication and quality assurance.
- Assist with program measurement and evaluation by tracking key metrics and reporting on program success.

Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in program management, preferably in a B2B or channel enablement environment.
- Proficient Writer: Ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging written materials for a variety of audiences (e.g., training manuals, playbooks, marketing collateral).
- Excellent Collaborator: Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering open communication and achieving shared goals.
- Agile and Moves Fast: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results efficiently.
- Quick Learner: Demonstrates a strong capacity for learning new concepts and technologies quickly.
- Can Work Independently in Ambiguity: Comfortable taking initiative and making decisions in situations with limited information.
- Deep understanding of customer success principles and a passion for partner enablement.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service enablement and or sales enablement.
- Knowledge of Clients tools (ie Ads manager, business manager), Salesforce or Outreach.
- Design skills and experience developing and delivering training programs in a digital format (ie web, elearning).
